Delete your Roadrush account
You can delete your Roadrush account and all data linked to it at any time: directly in the app, or by sending a request through this page if you no longer have the app.
Delete it in the app
- Open the Roadrush app and sign in.
- Open your profile, go to Settings and choose “Delete account”.
- Confirm. The account is deleted at once and you are signed out.
What is deleted
- your profile: name, country, profile photo and every way of signing in (Apple, Google, e-mail and password)
- all your trips with their routes, statistics, explored area and leaderboard places
- your vehicles and their photos
- your kudos, comments, follows, blocks, reports and notifications, including your name in other people’s notifications
- your group memberships and invitations; your upcoming events are cancelled, groups you own pass to another member or are deleted when you are the only one
Group events that have already taken place stay in their group’s history without your name.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Signing in again with the same Apple or Google account creates a new, empty account.
Request deletion without the app
Give the e-mail address you sign in with (for Sign in with Apple, the address Apple shares with us). We delete the account and confirm by e-mail within 30 days.
